1. Introduction<\/strong>
These General Terms and Conditions are the property of Arto Consulting Kft. (registered office: 2045 Buda\u00f6rs. K\u00e1roly Kir\u00e1ly utca 38, company registration number: 13 09 225853, tax number: 10627709213, e-mail: info@arto.hu<\/a>, telephone number: +36 1 770 0084; hereinafter referred to as: Service Provider) contains the terms and conditions for using the services provided through the arto.hu website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Description of services<\/strong>
The Service Provider provides tender writing, project management, project development, project communication and market research services through the Website. A detailed description and terms of the services can be found on the Website.
3. Registration and conclusion of contract<\/strong>
To use the services, the User must register on the Website and accept the GTC. During registration, the User is obliged to provide true and accurate data. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of registration.
4. Fees and payment terms<\/strong>
The fees for the services are indicated on the Website. Payment is made by bank transfer or other method indicated on the Website. The invoice is sent to the User by the Service Provider electronically.
5. Right of withdrawal<\/strong>
The User may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Detailed information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal and a sample withdrawal statement can be found on the Website.
6. Data protection<\/strong>
The Service Provider acts in accordance with the applicable data protection laws during data processing. The detailed rules of data processing are contained in the Data Protection Notice, which is available on the Website.
7. Liability<\/strong>
The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect or direct damages resulting from the use of the Website, unless the damage is the result of intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
8. Complaints handling<\/strong>
The User's complaints are info@arto.hu<\/a> You can report it by e-mail or by calling +36 1 770 0084. The Service Provider will investigate and respond to complaints within 30 days.
9. Other provisions<\/strong>
The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC. The amendments shall become effective upon publication on the Website. The contract shall be governed by Hungarian law.
